Best customer service! We got a few quotes from different companies but we are so glad we went with radon professionals. We had a couple of hangs up (we live in an older home) and they were always on top of it immediately. I never once had to get ahold of them to come back they always contacted me quickly to continue to resolve the issues. The got my radon levels where they should be and I never had to ask them to come back to check. They were always on the ball and reassuring we would get it figured out. I can’t recommend them enough!

Tiff and Rachel did an amazing job. We had an unusual situation with the garage apartment. They took care of with some areas measuring 90 to over 800 now less than 1. They were clean and the fan is very quiet! Yea! I'd use them again and wholeheartedly recommend them!

They came out and replaced the fan motor with a better one and with better motor mounts for the noise. The fans is working great and is definitely less noisy. They also extended the exhaust pipe so it would lessen the noise. They repainted everything so it looks like new. They have good communication and are very experienced with radon systems. I would recommend them.

In our experience, "professional" is the defining word for Radon Professionals. In every aspect of the process, from the first business contact through installation, every individual was impressive. Jaren and Chandler were personable, professional, and perfectionistic in exact installation even down to the last detail of cleaning up a spot of dirt. Also, the placement of the mitigation system is hardly noticeable. Rachael and Tiffani reached out immediately during the process to ensure all of our questions were answered and to ensure we were pleased. The communication, service, care, and end result were remarkable. We are thrilled with our radon levels.

Very efficient, clean installation, and reasonable!

We purchased a home in Tetonia, and were surprised to find the radon level came in at 40 during our inspection. We were concerned about radon mitigation because the home has hydronic in-floor heating which makes it tricky to drill holes in the slab without hitting the heating hoses which are in the concrete. We were referred to another radon company who told us "three out of five times there are no problems drilling into the slab"- this offered us little comfort. We contacted Radon Professionals and they came out, assessed the situation, and drilled outside, below the slab, to install a mitigation system. After testing, the radon level dropped from 40 to 13, still too high. They ordered another drill bit so that they could drill further and after the second attempt the radon level was reduced to 2. Everything was done promptly and professionally, and communication was excellent throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with a radon issue.

They are not kidding when they call themselves "Radon Professionals". Our project was handled quickly and around our time frame. Truly experts who dealt with our in slab hydronic heating and metal roofing. Reduced our radon reading from 35 to 0.51. Extremely pleased with their service.

Upon our shocked test results at over 80 pCi/l radon reading in our basement we contacted Radon Professional Services. They came out immediately and gave us a quote for mitigation of radon. We did not do the mitigation for 2 years and they still honored the original quote. The professional job of adding vent pipes and sealing of our basement was excellent. They came as promised and did the job in a timely manner. After leaving a testing device to monitor radon exposure the readings came down to 24. Ali and Tiffani returned to follow up with additional piping to remove more radon from basement area. This reduced the radon to about 10. At no additional charges they returned and added another fan to remove additional radon exposure in our basement and sealed more areas found after removing flooring. This has reduced our radon to under 3. This is an acceptable reading for our area. We would highly recommend Radon Professionals for any one who has concerns of radon ratification. The work done by Radon Professionals was done as there name suggests professional.
